BioGridsTM | BioLysineTM Grids
BioLysine Grids are hydrophilic SMART Grids that covalently bond to primary amine groups on biomolecules such as lysine residues.
BioLysine grids show excellent dispersion for a range of biomolecules including antibodies, viruses, and proteins immobilized in random orientations.
Covalent attachment ensures that the biomolecules will remain immobilized on the grid surface and resistant to aggregation.
Aids in single particle analysis and reconstruction. BioLysine grids can be used for multi-step antibody-mediated affinity purification and immunoassay sample preparation. BioLysine Grids also help to concentrate dilute solutions of virus nanoparticles. Routine sample preparation requires less than 30 minutes.
